What to Expect
You will be trekking up hill for 2 – 4 hours, depending on how much walking you want to do while up in the hills. The terrain can get a bit slippery during the rainy season due to downpours therefore a sturdy pair of footwear is recommended.
Whats the Cost of the Trek?
The Osmena Peak trekking package costs:
PHP 1,500 Pesos per person (groups of four people or more)
PHP 2,000 Pesos per person (groups of three people)
PHP 2,500 Pesos per person (2 people)
PHP 4,500 Pesos for a single person
Extra cash will be needed if you want to purchase food or beverages along the way.
*The included transport is from our location here in Badian or from Badian town. Pickups from guesthouse elsewhere will be charged at local rates. Airport pick ups can be arranged, so for this please see the information on getting here.
Duration of the Trek
The transport from Badian to the starting point for Osmena Peak takes about 20 minutes, then you could be trekking for 2 – 4 hours depending on how much exploring you want to do whilst up there. The Osmena Peak trek could be combined with another activity on the same day, so how about some snorkeling at Pescador Island, or canyoneering at Kawasan Falls
Location
We are located a 5 minute ride from the main road running through Badian, just 100 metres after Kansanto Springs, and the starting point for Osmena Peak is about a 20 minute ride away from us.
